Deactivate the real-time protection from windows defender. Why?: The AMTEMU accesses a DLL file from another program which is required in order to crack said program but it does trigger Windows Defender because of this. 3. this step as been deleted, ignore this line 4. Close the Adobe Product. 5. Start the amtemu.v0.9.2-painter.exe (it does play music in the background) 6. Go down the dropdown list and select the according product. (Yes choose 2017 even if you install the 2018 version) 7. Click on install 7.1 It might be unable to find the right directory. In that case, it opens the finder for you and you have to navigate to the amtlib.dll file yourself. It’s located at C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe YOUR PRODUCT 7.2 Select the amtlib.dll and click okay 8. Close the AMTEMU 9. Start your Adobe Product. It should not tell you anymore that you have a trial version and by clicking on "Help" it should say: AMTEMU by PainteR. If that’s the case: You're almost done. 10. Startup task manager 11. Go to Auto start 12. Deactivate Adobe Creative Cloud 13. Go to Services 14. Open services 15. Open the properties of Adobe Genuine Monitor Service 16. Select Deactivated and click okay. 17. Do the same thing with Adobe Genuine Software Integrity Service and AdobeUpdateService (Here you might as well delete the path to these services ["C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\AdobeGCClient"]) 18. You're done. In case you're bothered by that "folder" in your Windows Explorer Sidebar: 1. Press Windows key + R 2. Type in regedit 3. Press CTRL + F 4. search for System.IsPinnedToNameSpaceTree and uncheck "keys" 5. Press search. 6. You'll find a number of keys but keep pressing F3 until you find one that has another value right above it saying "Creative Cloud Files" in the DATA column 7. Change the data of the "System.IsPinnedToNameSpaceTree"-value to 0 8. click okay and close regedit 9. Done. Same thing with the OneDrive "folder"
